Take your game to the next level with a Spark + training session. It will be 30 minutes of soccer specific training with Coach Tyler, it will include a combination of position specific drills, ball mastery skills, technique, and fundamentals.
The other 30 minutes will be with Coach Josh, who is a certified personal fitness trainer. He will be focusing on running mechanics, speed & quickness drills, foot work, balance and flexibility exercises.
